SN series triple screw pump

The SN series three screw pump is a quantitative volumetric low-pressure rotor pump that delivers lubricating media in an axial direction without pulsation. It is suitable for conveying fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, mineral oil, and other oils as well as lubricating flowing liquids

The medium being transported must not contain any abrasive particles or substances that corrode the pump material. The SN triple screw pump is composed of a spiral surface composed of a profile (cycloid). When the motor or motor drives the active screw to rotate, the constantly moving sealing chambers gradually form a vacuum. The liquid is sucked in by the suction port under atmospheric pressure and transported continuously and without pulsation along the axial direction to the outlet without stirring or emulsification. The ability to form discharge pressure depends on the system load and the number of screw sealing chambers, as well as the viscosity of the conveying medium and the driving speed
