1. The rotor pump does not run
Fault analysis: The motor power supply is not connected;
; Motor damage; The reducer is damaged; Bearing damage; The rotor is stuck
Solution: Replace the motor; Repair or replace the reducer; Replace bearings; The rotor or rotor chamber and chamber cover
2. No discharge, but the motor is running
Fault analysis: The motor's direction is opposite to the direction mark;
; The reducer is damaged; Coupling damage; Close the inlet and outlet pipeline valvesSolution: Open the inlet and outlet pipeline valves; Dredge the inlet and outlet pipelines; Exhaust and plugging; Adjust or clean the protective valve; Add materials; Repair or replace the reducer
