Stainless steel asphalt pump
Stainless steel asphalt pump is designed to transport medium that thickens, solidifies, or crystallizes at room temperature and is easy to flow. It is used to transport liquids with high hygiene requirements or corrosive properties, such as asphalt, paraffin, rosin, heavy oil, resin, and similar liquids, with a temperature not exceeding 300 ℃
The pump body of the stainless steel asphalt pump is equipped with a circulating interlayer and an inlet and outlet interface, which can be used for heating, insulation, and cooling the transported liquid and pump with media such as thermal oil, steam, hot water, cold water, etcThe power of the stainless steel asphalt pump is transmitted to the driven shaft through the synchronous gear input through the driving shaft, causing a pair of circular arc gears of the main and driven shafts to rotate, causing vacuum liquid to be sucked in. The circular arc gear continues to rotate, sealing the liquid and sending it to the discharge outlet. During the rotation of the circular arc gear, the inlet and outlet of the pump alternate open. The end of the circular arc gear is actually a circular piston that moves inside the ring cylinder, so the pump does not need a safety valve. This pump is a positive displacement pump
Stainless steel asphalt insulation pump is suitable for conveying non corrosive, solid particle free, and solidifying media at room temperature, especially suitable for outdoor installation in high-altitude cold areas and occasions where media needs insulation during the process. The medium temperature can reach 250 ℃ and the viscosity is 5-1500cs
● Usage
Suitable for conveying corrosive or non corrosive liquids with high hygiene requirements. The conveying medium does not contain solid particles, and the temperature is not higher than 200 ℃. The viscosity is 5-1500cSt of liquid, made of 304 stainless steel, such as various chemical raw materials, heavy oil, asphalt, adhesives, resins, filling medicine, food, cosmetics, pesticides, detergents, printing and dyeing.

● Structural Characteristics
The pump body is equipped with a hollow interlayer and inlet and outlet flanges, which can be used for heating, insulation, and cooling the transported liquid and pump with media such as thermal oil, steam, hot water, etc. There are two types of pump transmission methods: motor direct connection and reducer. When the viscosity of the liquid exceeds 1500cSt, a reducer transmission should be used.
The stainless steel asphalt pump mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves, shaft end seals, etc. The gear is manufactured with a double arc sine curve tooth profile. Its outstanding advantage compared to involute gears is that there is no relative sliding of the tooth profile during the gear meshing process, so the tooth surface has no wear, runs smoothly, has no liquid phenomenon, low noise, and long service life.
