CLB asphalt pump
The CLB asphalt pump is equipped with connection heads with tapered pipe threads on both sides for connecting the pipeline position, and the tapered pin is made with internal threads for easy disassembly. The sealing paper pad is also used to adjust the axial clearance of the gear, which is specified as unidirectional between 0.05 and 0.08mm. There are four holes in the lower part of the base for installation and use
The CLB asphalt pump is equipped with a protective valve, which has been set to a working pressure of 1-+0.05mpa and sealed with lead when leaving the factory. During operation, the medium enters the suction chamber and is pressed into the discharge chamber through the rotation of the gear, then flows out. Adjusting the handwheel can change the output flow rate. When the handwheel is turned to the right, the protective valve is pushed open, and the CLB asphalt pump loses its output pressure and stops draining; When the handwheel is rotated to the left, the protective valve resumes its function and the medium is outputted normally.
The CLB asphalt pump is mainly used for pumping, transporting, and spraying high-temperature asphalt (residue) liquids. It is suitable for asphalt (residue) spraying operations in construction projects such as roads and squares. It can also be used for pumping, transporting non high volatility, low flash point petroleum products at room temperature, such as various machine oils, machinery oils, and heavy oils.
The CLB asphalt pump is a rotary type, mainly composed of pump body, base, driving gear, driven gear, and protective valve body. The driving shaft is supported by an additional oil bearing sleeve, which is supplemented with HG-24 saturated cylinder oil lubrication through an oil cup.
Attention should be paid to the specific viscosity, working temperature, medium specific gravity, medium composition, etc. of the CLB asphalt pump selection:
1. The viscosity of the medium conveyed by the pump. Because the viscosity of the medium directly affects the speed of the asphalt pump selection.
2. The properties of the medium conveyed by the pump, such as its corrosiveness.
3. What is the concentration and specific gravity of the medium conveyed by the pump.
4. The medium conveyed by the pump.
5. Whether the medium transported by the pump crystallizes or solidifies at room temperature.
6. Is there any suspended solids in the medium conveyed by the pump.
7. The temperature variation of the medium conveyed by the pump.
8. The lubricity, cleanliness, and corrosiveness of the medium conveyed by the pump.
9. The pump requires pressure, outlet pressure, and installation height.
10. Requirements for pump usage scenarios.
