CYZ self-priming centrifugal pump
CYZ self suction centrifugal pump is an excellent marine cargo oil pump, suitable for oil transportation in land oil depots, tank trucks, etc. It can also be used to transport seawater, fresh water, etc. The medium temperature can be between -20~80 ° C.
The CYZ self suction centrifugal pump adopts a pump body structure with axial liquid return. The pump body is composed of a suction chamber, a storage chamber, a vortex chamber, a return hole, a gas-liquid separation chamber, etc. The pump bearing adopts a single row radial ball bearing, and a cooling chamber is set at the bottom of the pump bearing body. There are sealing rings in the high and low pressure sections inside the pump, and the shaft end is mechanically sealed.
Characteristics of CYZ Self suction Centrifugal Pump:
1. This pump belongs to the self suction centrifugal pump, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, smooth operation, easy maintenance, long service life, and strong self suction ability. There is no need for a bottom valve in the pipeline, and only a certain amount of oil needs to be stored in the pump body before operation. When used on oil tankers or water transport vessels, it can also be used as a sweeping pump, with good sweeping effect.
2. The pump is made of refined materials and sealed with hard alloy mechanical seals. The discharge pipeline does not require the installation of a protective valve, and the suction pipeline does not require the installation of a bottom valve, thus simplifying the pipeline system and improving labor conditions
Starting and usage method of CYZ self suction centrifugal pump:
1. When starting, pay attention to whether the rotation of the pump shaft is correct, and whether there are abnormal sounds and vibrations;
2. Pay attention to the readings on the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge. After starting, when the readings on the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge fluctuate for a period of time and stabilize, it indicates that the pump has been filled with liquid and the oil pump has entered normal oil delivery operation;
3. Before the pump enters the normal oil transportation operation, that is, during the self suction (or cabin cleaning) process, special attention should be paid to the increase in oil temperature inside the pump. If this process is too long and the oil temperature inside the pump is too high, the pump should be stopped to check the cause;
4. If the temperature of the liquid inside the pump is too high, causing difficulty in self suction, it can be temporarily stopped. The liquid in the discharge pipe can be used to reflux back into the pump or directly replenish the liquid into the pump at the storage port on the pump body to cool down the liquid inside the pump, and then it can be started;
5. Adjust the outlet control valve so that the pressure gauge reading points to the specified area, avoiding the oil pump from working within the lower limit range of the specified area, in order to prevent overload of the prime mover caused by excessive shaft power and affecting the normal operation of the pump;
6. If the pump experiences severe vibration and noise during operation, it may be caused by cavitation. There are two reasons for cavitation: one is excessive flow velocity in the pipe, and the other is excessive suction. When the tassel is too large, the outlet control valve should be adjusted to increase the pressure gauge reading. If the pipeline is blocked, it should be discharged in a timely manner; If the suction head is too high, the installation height of the pump can be appropriately reduced;
7. When the pump stops due to reasons during operation and needs to be restarted, the outlet control valve should be slightly opened, which is beneficial for the gas to be discharged from the outlet during the self suction process and can be started under a lighter load;
8. Pay attention to checking for leaks in the pipeline system and pay attention to the power reading of the prime mover;
9. The pump should be checked and promptly replenished with No. 10 mechanical oil every 15-20 hours of operation or before each use.
Structural type of CYZ self suction centrifugal pump:
The pump body adopts an axial return liquid structure, which is composed of a suction chamber, a storage chamber, a vortex chamber, a return liquid hole gas-liquid separation chamber, etc. The bearings of the pump adopt single row radial ball bearings, and some pumps have cooling chambers at the bottom of the bearing body. There are sealing rings in the high and low pressure sections inside the chambers, and mechanical seals are used at the shaft ends.
