Cam rotor pump
The cam rotor pump relies on two synchronous counter rotating rotors to generate suction (vacuum degree) at a certain point during the rotation process, thereby sucking in the material to be transported. Two rotors separate the rotor chamber into several small spaces and operate in the order of ABCD; When running to position A, only chamber I is filled with medium; When reaching position B, a portion of the medium is closed in room B, and when position C is closed, a portion of the medium is also closed in room A; When reaching position D, chambers A and B are connected to chamber II, and the medium is transported to the discharge port
The cam rotor pump is a self-priming, valve free, forward displacement pump. The flow rate of the cam rotor pump is directly proportional to the speed, and it can transport various viscous or particulate media. Working principle of cam rotor pump
Two synchronous rotors are used, and the rotor is driven by a pair of synchronous gears in the gearbox. The rotor rotates synchronously in the opposite direction under the driving force of the main and auxiliary shafts, causing changes in the pump's volume, thus forming a high vacuum degree and discharge pressure, which is particularly suitable for the transportation of high viscosity media.
When the rotor of the rotary pump rotates, the working chamber of the pump with the same suction inlet continuously increases, and the suction process is carried out at this time. When the rotor continues to rotate to form a closed chamber, suction ends. The rotor continues to rotate, and the sealed chamber is connected to the pump outlet. The medium in the sealed chamber is discharged from the outlet, while the other side of the rotor is in the process of increasing volume for suction. In this way, the rotor rotates continuously, alternately completing the process of suction and discharge, and completing the work of the rotor. According to the working principle of rotary pumps, they have a wide range of applications and can transport media containing solid particles such as sludge and sewage.
