Flexible rotor pump
1、 Flexible rotor pump product performance:
1. The flexible rotor pump has strong self suction force, and its structural principle is dry self suction of 6 meters, with a self suction height of 9 meters with materials

2. Working principle:
① There is an eccentric convex block in the pump chamber of the flexible rotor pump. When the flexible blades leave the eccentric block, the volume between the blades continuously increases, generating a vacuum, which continuously sucks the liquid into the inlet of the pump chamber.

The performance of the pump is determined by the impeller elastomer technology, which sharpens the sword in ten years. There are two types of materials for the impeller - sanitary grade nitrile rubber and EPDM rubber; Nitrile impellers are mainly used for vegetable oil, mineral oil, oily media, and those with high hygiene requirements; Ethylene propylene wheels are mainly used for a wide range of media such as weak inorganic acids, acids, bases, salts, alcohols, ketones, and sewage

4. Application:
