不锈钢齿轮泵流量脉动与压力脉动。由于齿轮油泵流量脉动是泵的固有特性。随着泵工作时吸油腔与压油体积的周期性变化，其流量也随之发生周期性变化，接着就使油液产生压力脉动，因而这两脉动就产生了噪声。此外，泵零件的制造精度、压油腔油液泄漏都会产生压力脉动并进一步产生噪声。
